Particularities

The German headquarters of L'Oreal is located on Kennedydamm, one of the most prominent streets in Dusseldorf. The building consists of a 16-storey high-rise, with the upper storeys showing slightly shifted, stacked boxes, as well as a 3-storey low-rise building. With such a complex construction project, such as a new high-rise building including a garage and meeting place of this size, it is usual and necessary that adjustments are made to changed circumstances in both - the planning and the execution phase.

In addition to consulting services, part of the cooperation with Corall was also the creation of a fire protection concept, which was coordinated with the responsible building supervisory authority and adapted to the requirements during the construction phase.

For fire protection tasks in existing areas with complex building services, pragmatic and cost-conscious solutions were proposed and implemented. Which has led to a successful collaboration for everyone involved.
