Particularities

- 15,000 tons of reinforced concrete were used

- A greenhouse within a strongroom

- 8 planting chambers with extensive building technology

- Hazardous material storage for fertilizers

- Difficult working conditions for the fire brigade

In future, three different types of cannabis will be grown, which will be sold directly to the German Federal Goverment and then distributed to pharmacies. Due to safety requirements for this building, all parts of the building were surrounded by closed walls and a closed roof.

The building is a class 3 building with a special construction. Structural fire compartments, the extensive technical fire protection plan as well as close coordination with the fire brigade - all together create a safe and fire-safety production facility.
